A wide variety of special cartridge and band heaters can be made-to-order in 2 to 5 days for a premium charge. And if we miss the quoted ship date, the Fast Track charge is waived.

If we don't stock a particular cartridge or band heater that you can find in stock in a competitor's catalog, we'll make it through our Fast Track program and waive the premium charge. All you have to do is fax in the page showing that the item is stocked by a competitor and tell your customer service representative that you are taking advantage of our Competitive Pledge. It's that simple. And if the item is going to be continually requested, we will add it to our stock list to make sure it's available for you next time.
