Fast Heat Hot Runner Temperature Controllers:
- Controller Diagnostics and Performance — check all features & functions.
- Remove and clean filters.
- Check all fans for proper operation. Remove any obstructions.
- Inspect circuit breakers.
- Power on control and check for all zone operation.
- Zone outputs power and displays a change in temperature.
- Repair common control module problems in the field.
- Grounding.
Cables & Connectors Program
